Hello everyone, I just got an 06 goldwing, love it. Always had sport bikes and a Vmax, all were very easy to tie down without doing any damage.
I am seeking suggestions on the best way to tie down a Gold wing without
tearing up the body work? I am sure some of you have come up with some great ideas, would greatly appreciate you sharing them ,. Thanks and ride safe. Tony

Use six tie-downs, two on each triple tree and one each on the frame behind the side covers. The front wheel should be immobilized in a chock device to prohibit movement. All ties should be pulled tight in a slightly forward angle. Do not fully compress front suspension, leave room for bounce to protect the fork seals. Bike should be free standing not on either stand. Use quality straps and anchor points, the money you spend pales in comparison to body damage. Good Luck
