how do you get the rear tire off of 2002 GL ? Do you have to take the bags off the bike ? Owners manual does not talk about that . Does anybody have any pictures of the proceedure ? Need help with this one my tires are worn out and cupped.

I thought instructions were in the owners manual!

No bag removal. Remove the rear fender, bag brace going across, and the five lug nuts from the wheel. The tire and wheel will roll out the back of the bike!

No the 1800's are really nice compaired to the 15's. Rather than go through the whole thing just check this site for info http://wingtechtips.com GO to the 1800 manual

This is probably the best thing about the 18 - you could actually fix a flat on the road without a toe truck :clap2:

One of the nice features about the 1800 is the rear tire removal. I really appreciate how easy to remove the rear wheel, in this particular bike it is actually easier to remove the rear wheel than the front! :)
