i have a 07 gl1800 and have noticed at slow speed turning right that there is a chatter in the turn a small vibration tire induced but turning left there is nothing. Does anyone else have this going on? Thanks
Your tire is scalloped. Happens with wear and is normal. You also apparently make a lot more right turns than you do left (do you work for UPS?). Keep your tires at proper inflation and ride as normal - replace them when they get worn to the wear bars.
I agree with srobak -- it's probably scalloping on your rear tire. Do you have Dunlop E3's? They are prone to scalloping.
If you've scrubbed more rubber on the right half of your tire it could be some anomalous composition difference between the right and left sides of your tire that make one side prone to scalloping quicker. It would be good to have a tire expert check your tires for unusual wear patterns.
