Running 4.00 x 8" LOADSTAR on my Starlight Trailer. I put them on new about 5,000 miles age. They are near smooth in the middle 2", some thread on the outside 1" on each side. I started with running 20psi, (the center really wore fast) dropped to 12psi the last 3,000 miles, they wore a little better. For those running 8" tires, please give me your milage and tire pressure you run. I hate to go much lower on pressure in being afraid to break a bead if I hit a sharp bump etc.

I am also running 15-20 psi in the same size tire. Any more and it seems to make the little trailer bounce.

Wet your driveway and pull the traler across the wet payment and adjust the tire pressure to get the full foot print when you are loaded ready to go. Adjust pressure to get full contact patch.

This is a very common posting question on here, but this particular Thread is lacking a very important detail in the post and all the responses.
No one has said or asked until Keith, what the Loaded Weight is. I run 12” tires on my RH that have a minimum of 4000 miles on them with about half the tread left. I have always run them at 25 lbs but after just now looking at them, I could probably go down to 20 lbs on them as it is all center wear. The trailer has always been loaded to 600+ lbs
