Hi Don

Thanks for the thoughts. :chicken: We met at Cats Cade, but didn't get a chance to visit much.
I took the time to visit your personal web page. There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing pictures of the families and activities of the members here. I am pleased to see how much you love your family. I share the feeling.

Don & Carol,

Back at ya!

I think it would be a nice gesture if all Canadians ate American bacon tomorrow. After all, we eat Canadian Bacon all year long.

thanks, don. y'all just had yours, but go ahead and burn a turkey tomorrow if you want. for the first time, i'm going to try frying a bird tomorrow. hope i don't burn down the house. :)
I started deep frying them about 2 years ago. Won't go back to oven baked!

Started with a propane unit and after that, decided that the electric one that Home Depot was selling was better. You just pour in the peanut oil, set it at 400 degrees, wait for the light to go out, lower the bird in (make sure it's as dry as possible) and then wait for a golden brown, very moist turkey!

You'll enjoy it.. Just don't do what I did and Burn the first one!
