Received a set of Goldstrike highway pegs and notice no torque settings listed on instructions. The only torque setting I'm concern with is the main mount screw (70mm) since it appears to screw into the engine base. Anyone that has mounted a set know what the recommended torque is?

Google “torque settings for bolts chart” it’ll give you settings for different bolt sizes

If you're referring to one of the three bolts used to attach the Engine Guard, all three of those bolts are torqued to 20 lb-ft. [Reference: 2018 Service Manual, page 2-61]
