I know this is a long shot, but is there anyone out there that would want to trade an ABS model speedomter for a non-ABS speedometer. My bike has ABS, and the speedometer needle sticks, and since it is a 2001 model, the dealer won't fix it under warranty. Long story short, I ended up with a non-ABS speedometer (one without the abs light lens), and can't use it to fix my bike. So does anyone have an ABS speedometer they could trade me :?:

The sticking part comes from the backing plate heating up and buckling and interfering with the needle. Some people have used glue and aknife to coat the back of the facing to stop the buckling.
