All,

I am leaving northern Colorado tomorrow morning - very early for Las Vegas, NV. I was hoping to ride 70 West to 15 South, but the weather forecasts are not too encouraging. I could head south a bit sooner than 15 and end up going thru Kanab, but I would still have to pick up 15 around St George. Flagstaff looks bad as well so changing routes isn't really an option.

Can you folks in Utah give me an idea of what the weather is really like and what you are expecting tomorrow (April 15)? I think I will be in Fishlake early around 11:00 AM and Cedar City, St. George a couple hours later.

I'm not really worried about rain and cold, but would prefer to skip snow and slush.

Thanks
Tim

Weather in Utah

If you are going to stay South you should be ok as far as snow goes. Going to be rain through most of the state Wed. You may get some snow in the higher mountian areas. Go to http://www.KSL.com, can get upto date weather there.
Hope you have a nice trip

Thanks for the info and link Jack. The weather was not as good as KSL thought it would be, but it was better than weather.com's forecast. I hit rain, snow, hail and tons of wind, but nothing was sticking so the ride was good.
