....any comments??????
Do they give it to you or are you charged the almost $200 for it! Think about it! Maybe their upgrade needs the brace, maybe it doesn't, but a extra $70 profit on each set of forks ain't bad either.

FYI... I tried the Super Brace on the stock 1800 forks. It was a waste as far as I'm concerned. :(

Enough said!
You asked for comments. You got and will get more comments!

Here's another comment or in my case, a opinion. I think it's a great big waste of money to 99% of the people that buy into this suspension upgrade. Most of these same people wouldn't know the difference if they just changed fork oil and placed new OEM springs in the bike from what Traxion does.

I've ridden Wings for a few years. If the suspension is stiff, they want it soft. If the exhaust has some sound to it, they want it silent. Most I've been around the last 26 yrs get ridden like they were a car!

If you get the new suspension I hope you enjoy it. In the future if you don't want comments, don't ask for them. LOL...

There are 3 kinds of people in this world...those who make things happen, those who watch things happen......and those who wonder....."What the Hell Happened"?

If the shoe fits....wear it.
Next time you ask for comments you might want to stipulate that you only want comments that agree with you. :( You seem to get real bitchy when we don't!

I didn't quit working when I was 36 so I could sit on my behind. I've done 25-30,000 miles a year most years since then. I've been riding the hills of NE TN, NC, and Ga probably longer than you've been riding. Matter of fact one of my houses in is NE Tn. I visit the area many times a year. I do many 350-450 mile days in the mountains. I doubt you would embarass me on a ride in the mountains. Even with my nasty ole OEM suspension. LMAO....

The suspension you have might be the greatest things since sliced bread. Like I stated, most people that own a Wing wouldn't know the difference between a full blown conversion or if someone just changed oil & OEM springs.

I guess another way to look at is you're riding a 900 pound pig. Why put a dress on a pig because it's still just a pig with a dress on. If you want performance in the hills why not buy a bike that will do what you want?

You're right; in a nice mellow blue-haired Florida community, it's a waste of money.
Hey Arn Butt Bill.... Just a little FYI. Most of my miles are done out of state except in the winter. I'm not tied to a J-O-B. Don't cut coupons either! I do see my Mother who is 800 miles away on a regular basis. It makes for a nice days ride. :) How about you? Do you still stay away from your Mother because she smokes?

Question......

How many miles was on these bikes before you did anything about the front forks?

How many changed springs before the Trx?

How many changed oil or bushings?

Has anyone got 30,000 miles or more on the 1800 Trx rework?

TIA....

We now have dozens of customers who have reported changing their front tires with 16-18,000 miles on them with absolutely NO cupping on them. They simply wore them down to the wear bars.

Even Red, who will argue with anyone about anything, can't say that wouldn't improve ride quality and safety.
Do you also include the belly pan with your handling package? I've been told for years how much better the Wings handle with it installed. ROFL...

I get about 13,000 miles out of tires. They wear perfectly. I've worn out a few sets in the last 130,000 miles. Maybe I could get 26,000 miles and 65mpg with your suspension upgrade. For the folks getting 18,000 miles on a tire, I'd say they don't need to worry about suspension upgrades because they ain't riding the Wing like a motorcycle.

I'm not arguing that your suspension isn't a improvement. Dang, if I spend $2,000 on suspension, I would expect one heck of a improvement. The mother better steer and handle by itself. A new set of OEM springs and fork oil at 30,000 miles is one heck of a improvement alone. The OEM springs have taken a dump by then.

I might take you up on the free....... I mean money back guarantee install some day Max! I doubt you'll see me north of the Florida border for the next few months. I don't do cold.

I am going to need to install head bearings in my '06 before too long though. The constant low speed wobble is driving me up the wall. Just for snits & giggles I think Honda is going to replace the front forks. I don't expect that to be a success.

Why are you such a bitter man?
I'm not bitter. I just had a opinion for the original poster. That's what he asked for, comments. I would think you make close to 35% on Kury products. Maybe you don't. I'll check a local supplier to see if we can't change that for you. I don't want you to go hungry!

Red..no one is holding a gun to your head to buy anything.....
I agree! I also think you shouldn't jump up the crack of my a$$ when you ask for comments and you don't agree with them! Maybe you have changed out more springs and tried more suspension combinations than I have on Wings over the last 26 years.

I'm still looking for the recommendation from Honda that the "front suspension should be serviced/rebuilt every 20,000 miles" as Max keeps stating. Heck Harley doesn't even want there's torn down before 50,000 miles. But it must be true though. I read it on the internet! LMAO....
