No, you would want to find a trike conversion dealer specializing in Gold Wing conversions and have them install. Some larger Honda dealers are affiliated with the few conversion companies. You need that warranty!
It's best to have a certified trike installer do the work. My insurance company would not insure it unless it was installed by a certified trike installer. You should check with your insurance company to see about adding the tike kit before you go ahead with the build.
I'm not 100 on this but there seems to be a choice of kits available.
So I recon my question would which kit and why?
Then I would identify who supplies and or fits them.
Get some prices and go from there.
We had our 08 Triked. It is a Roadsmith kit. We like it a lot. Figure about 12k or so to get it done. We had ours done at KDCycle in Alabama. Kevin Dodd is a great guy. Highly recommended. He will pick and deliver or you can take it to him. They can trike it in one day.
Good luck,
Glenn
