We are planning a trip to Colorado for June 2007. We live in Puerto Rico and we are interested flying there and renting 10 Goldwings. I don't know if we can rent them in Colorado or maybe Utah. Our trip plans are starting from Utah or Colorado, depending were we can rent the bikes and traveling from one state to the other and returning to drop off bikes. We want to travel during the day and rest at night at motels. We are thinking that the total bike ride should be around 1500-1800 miles in a week. Any suggestions on where we can rent 10 goldwings, routes and motels?

rents Wings in Denver. I don't know if they'll be able to supply ten bikes, but they're probably your best bet.

Of course, if you put your trip off a little bit (till the end of July), you could join up with possibly hundreds of other Wing riders going on the 1st Annual (sorry Dave) Rockies Gold ride. Check this link:

Best of luck. Oh, and my guess is that your mileage estimate will be about 750 to 1000 miles LOW if you're riding Colorado and Utah. Way too many beautiful areas to ride around these parts in that few of miles.

Get a Rand McNally tabloid size map and follow the green dots (scenic routes). 95% of the time the map will do its job. Wish I could go with you!
