I am a guy that likes speed and torq. I have always had fast bikes. I love the wing for the torq factor. However I am in the process of changing it from a Porche to a Rolls. Seat, windshield, wings, chrome trim, MBL risers. This will be for me and the wife to use touring. I have been looking for something more sporty as a second bike. I have ridden the Kawa ZX12R and it was too laggy on low end. Bad seating posture as well. I have sat on a Bandit 1200 and it was better. Now my question.
Have any of you guys here sat on or ridden the new 2300 from Triumph? I am not even sure that it is available for purchase yet, but I may be interested. Got my 03 paid off and could now stand the monthly note.

I don't think that it is in production yet. The International Motorcycle Show had a prototype and it is a unique bike. Take a look at the VTX. The 2004 1800C will suprise you with its power and torque, as well as how nimble it is.

I have the brochure. I received it within 2 weeks
of requesting it from Triumph's website.
I was also emailed by the separate
dealers in my area that the official list price is $15,999.
You will need to put down a deposit I think.

I think that is a reasonable asking price.
