Thinking about seeing what this event is like and i had a couple of questions. Is there a price for admission? it isnt like Bike week or Sturgis where you show up? and secondly, Ive read vendors install their products there. do you need an appointment or is it first come first serve?

There is an admission to the event, cheaper if you are a GWRRA member. Yes, vendors install products at Wing Ding and installation is generally free (there are some deals on price also). Appointments are made on the vendor's floor, so the earlier you get there, the earlier you will be scheduled.










Depending on who and what is being done, you may have to wait a while. I got my F4 at WD 40. Installed in about 30 minutes.
