Not a wobble, but I get a vertical bounce from the front tire at about 35-45 mph.
I have Elite 3's on front and back with approx. 6,000 miles on them.

I was on a newly paved highway, and switched to another surface and got the same thing.

I have a 3 inch "flat spot" (no wear) around the complete tire, would that be the reason?

Vertical bounce, is a sign of suspension not working, locked up anti-dive valve?

bad tire ...out of round..return to dealer..chuck

Out of balance can cause verticle bounce to some extent.
I would check balance and out-of-round both.

Check the tire bead, make sure its even all the way around.
