Setting a date for a nice fall day of twisty riding in anticipation of @Monk getting electrical issues sorted & squared away & @gwhobo not getting sand in his wheel bearings on gulf coast trip, or worse yet leaving all his in casinos down there. I’m not sure that means the deer will be running for their lives, lotsa roadside activity in way of hunters or ya’ll will be in the woods. Coupla months back seemed I couldn’t get out without dodging the mommas & lil’ ones.

The first day is the 9th, that is the first weekend however.


I haven't hunted in several years but when I did hunt deer were everywhere...


until the season opened, then you could not find them anywhere!!!!!:laugh:


Maybe by Nov. this heat will break and we will have some nice riding weather!!:thumbup:

Suppose to be a low of 52 here Tuesday morning....might have to ride up into Arkansas that morning just to smell the air

No worries Jerry, sorry but i gotta snatch the plug outta the wall on Mo day....temps jus a lil’ to cool for this lowlander. Sure it’d be doable just not that enjoyable....you do know that @gwhobo don’t like them temps huh? Don’t fret around turkey day....end of month temps might be back in mid 70’s
