Anybody know what I'm doing wrong? I know it's not difficult.

Thanks KB1957.
What I'm trying to do is embed the video itself right on the message. I know it can be done because I've seen it here many times from others.

(Side note) I gotta ask... Is "KB1957" your initials and birth year? Sorry for the dumb question, but mine would be "KR1958".

Anyway, thanks again for the response.

The second link worked just fine for me.

First I want to say that is one of the best videos I have ever seen. The trees at the side of the road are not blocked and everything is in focus. Very well done. The audio was also excellent (think of what that would have sounded like if the photographer was riding a Harley). What camera was used?

You guys are more aggressive riders than I am. You were also fortunate that the two other bikes you caught up to pulled off so you could pass. Very polite of the riders.

I bet the photographer just about used up the scrape rod (I'm not sure what it is called) on his pegs. He was scraping them in almost every corner.

I'd like to ride that road sometime. I can see why all you guys on the East coast keep talking about it.

Nope. Didn't embed on the " other " forum either. And while we are on the topic mine would be LD1956

That's interesting. On the " other " forum embedded videos are a common occurrence. I tried to imbed your video and failed also. Mind if I try it on the " other " forum ?
Go for it. I appreciate the offer.

When you post the link... make sure that there are no other characters after the alpha-numeric code that comes after "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v="

In your case, you had more there than needed to be. When click on your link... it takes you to the address of: "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ITDoIPJ2mtw&feature=youtu.be". Everything after "v=ITDoIPj2mtw" needs to be gone before you post the link here.

So... in essence, the proper address is: "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ITDoIPJ2mtw"

Typically... everything after, and including, the ampersand (&) can go.

Does that make sense?

If so, you should still be able to go back and edit your original post in the other thread. :)

It will work... I promise.

Just follow what I said above.

Take away the quotations and this is what you need to post in your thread:

I got that from your video page after clicked your link.

I copied the URL and then simply pasted it here and removed everything after and including the ampersand...

Give it another shot.

I know you can do it. :)
