Vietnam Vets Memorial "Traveling Wall" In Alma, MI this weekend. My Wife and I rode our Wing to see it last night. We arrived just before a short ceremony started. I have visited the memorial in DC but this was also a moving experience seeing the 58,248 names and the local turnout. If you are going to be in the area I encourage you to visit. The closing ceremony will be Monday. There is motorcycle parking behind the Elks lodge just a few footsteps away from the memorial. Being a vet I felt it was only right to visit, even though I am a bit younger than the Vietnam era.

Bret, it is something to see!

It was in our metro Atlanta area a few months ago and our chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association rode honor guard behind the truck & trailer to the set-up spot! Now, that was an honor... GOD BLESS ALL OUR MILITARY and their familes that have made the supreme sacrifice!
