What do you guys use to clean up the seat and the black plastic parts on the dash? Would Armor All be a good choice or is there something better?

Thanks!

HONDA SPRAY

Don't like the darker tint ARMOR ALL adds to the plastic

Pledge protects rubber and plastic better than Armorall. In a previous life, I was a Preservation and Packaging Specialist for the Army, Series 2032.

I wouldn't use armor all on the seat. Unless of course I wanted to spend my time worrying about if I was going to slide off the darn thing.

I used 303 on my boat. After having it for 9 years, sold it back in March to buy the Wing. The vinyl still looked like new.

Protect all on the seat and ice on the black stuff.
I have the mustang seat. Not knowing what the material is I called and they said to use protect all. Works great.

Armor All has no place with your Motorcycle Supplies. I have been using
A leather and vinyl Seat conditioner made for Corbin seats , and it works well
on the semi gloss black plastic pieces also. What should be key to the product you decide to use is that when you are done applying it, the surface should not have an oily film to it , (will collect dust and dirt) or a slippery feel( nice to stay on the saddle in a quick stop or maneuver)

Theres 2 different ARMOR ALLs. Theres ARMOR ALL original which gives it a slippery shine. Then theres ARMOR ALL DETAILER which gives you the original factory sheen. Theyve changed the formula for the ORIGINAL Armor All its just not as good as it used to be. The DETAILER works nice but unfortunately its not available in some places.

Armor All leaves a kind of slippery residue... not quite what you want on your motorcycle seat...

If money is no object use the large can of spray Plexis for $18.... or if you are more on the frugal side (like me) I suggest Lemon Pledge on everything for the GL1800 (at about $3.50 for a large spray can)...it takes a bit more rubbing to get the job done but works great!
