I would like to ask for your help, in making a List of Airport Cafes in CA!
(I'm talking about Small airports, not LAX... Something you can easily ride up to)

It has been my pleasure to discover that such cafes often have great food... Hence my riding buddies have asked me to Assemble such a list, so that we might better frequent these places during travels.

I'll start:

FLABOB AIRPORT CAFE
4130 Mennes Ave # 7, Riverside, CA 92509
Jurupa Valley, California
flabobairport.org
(951) 787-1866

WINGS CAFE
4011 W Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton, CA 92833
Fullerton, California

(714) 735-8432

AIRPORT CAFE
Kernville, CA 93238

(760) 376-2852

NORMS HANGER

Seabrisa's Eatery

Wizards Cafe is inside the Corbin Saddles building about 1 mile from Seabrisa's Eatery

(831) 635-1013
2360 Technology Parkway
Hollister, CA 95023

*** Call both places to check the open hours as both are breakfast & lunch only
Eat at Seabrisa's and then take a tour at Corbin Saddles (again call first)

Looking forward to the response to this request. I would like to find 15 - 20 small, old airports around CA, including central and northern CA. Trying to put together a ride for a small group of riders from So Cal to No Cal.

Santa Paula Airport also has a good one. Home cookin! Right off the Hwy 126. The airport is privately owned. My brother flys in with his buddies for lunch and also because the Av-Gas is cheaper than the City - County owned airports.

Good revision. I was going to say that the Hwy 101 North and Hwy 5 South does not have much to offer as far as scenery.
If you find the Skyway at Camarillo busy.. sometimes it's packed, especially on weekends... I recommend running over to Santa Paula.
101 to 126 East to Santa Paula is under 20 miles away.
If you were not using the restaurants as stops, there are lot of scenic roadways all around So. Calif.
We can ride from Santa Paula all the way to Santa Cruz and never hit a freeway.

Looking like a great ride!

Not really an airport but a landing strip, Harris Ranch on I5, the gas station across the street has good BBQ.

I've eaten at the main restaurant many times and the food is excellent and I'm sure it's excellent at the express BBQ across the street. All of the beef at both places is raised at the Harris Ranch. :chef2:
