I just took delivery of my (new to me) '03 Candy Red ABS. Only 2945 miles on it. Boy, is it in for a surprise when I put it on the road. I had more than that in the first month with my old bike. I'll have it on the road after tending the battery and installing my WindBender, CB, GPS, and Sirius. Pictures coming soon.

Now, how far is it to Colorado?

Hey Mr. DicePilot,
Great news. Glad to have you back with us in fine form and ready to go.
I'm looking forward to the our next opportunity to be in the same place or riding together. Get that new ride fixed up and ready to go. It's gotta be ready to go to New York for Cats-Cade, and the to Colorado or Rockies-Gold just to mention a couple. Maybe there'll be some others also.
Take it easy and ride safe.
See you next year.

Fantastic! Congrats on the new wheels.
But, don't you think maybe you should give that tired engine
an overhaul before putting it on the road.
I can tell from the mileage,
that the previous owner was a little old lady
that liked to get drunk on Saturday night.
She only drove it to church on Sunday's,
and even missed a bunch of Sundays,
due to the hangovers from Saturday night.

Yuu finally got the ransom paid :?:   Good deal. Now get her all together and have some fun...

I know about putting the miles on. I even managed to put over 1000 miles on the new Vulcan in just three weeks. That is having to work too... I would have more if I could get off work...

Congratulations, DP!!! Bet you missed riding. Soon as Towmoter gets back on his feet we all need to do some curve carving.

Happy New Year

George,

Good on ya Buddy. it has been a long voyage, just to get this one.

Some of us old timers can feel Naked without a Wing in our stable.

Hope that this bike, is the same Chick magnet that your old one was...>LOL
