Found this in my right saddle bag as im watching a video how to take my seat off. So are these the little inserts that go in the seat hole. The video I watch talked about some metal inserts in the mount holes and make sure they stay in.

Yes, they look like the seat bolt bushes. On a 2018+ model, they insert into the seat mounting tabs from the inside out and the socket head bolts (and plain washers) go from outside in.
Is it possible that some previous owner has installed Traxxion accessory seat bolts that have the step built in? If so, they are surplus.
You need some sort of step or bush to prevent the plastic seat tab from cracking when you tighten the bolts.
I found a couple of those when I brought my 24 home. They were both laying loose up under the seat where the dealer let them fall off, then tightened the seat bolts down without them 😵💫
Echoing what others have already said.....................although I have Max's 'all-in-one,' so to speak, seat bolts, I don't use them ether. Must be about 5 years or so for me not using them.
Just make sure the seat fits properly under that front tab/lip and then make sure, ( with a little finesse ) the back of the seat is sitting properly. You should have very minimal space around the seat itself.
As it tuned out, they are not for the seat. They are way too small. Just completed the install of the homelink and I found one of the seat spacers missing. Looked around for about 10 mins and couldn't find it. When I finally decided to start moving wires around the area it would be positioned, there it was. Just got my magnet and pulled it out and decided not to reinstall.
YouTube saved me hundreds of dollars on this homelink install, as well as T-Rex racing engine and luggage guards. Both installed this weekend.
