I think it's meant to refer to audibly loud pipes....not visibly loud ones but point well taken.

People very well may see this guy coming. They may crash into him though because they are laughing too hard to control their vehicle.

Wow....who would actually pay money to do that to their bike?

Really? I would like to see how those ridiculous pipes are even supported to make them road worthy. Those are stupid looking and a waste of money if they are even real.

Just sent it to my son.
He always had to have loud pipes on his rockets
When he left town on his way to our home on the lake, on a good day, I could hear him leave his girl friends house.
That was 6 miles away.
