As I listening to my friend the other day talk about his 2018 Goldwing not having a CB, and he being reluctantly wanting to spend $1200.00 for the Honda setup, I thought about a handheld unit such as a cobra or uniden. WHAT IF you could attach a Bluetooth adapter to the handheld, and pair it to the bike. I should be able to hear what is being said on the handheld. But I was wondering if there would be an issue with trying to transmit. Would this be something that would work?

Sena offers a B/T unit, https://www.sierra-mc.com/products.asp?cat=537, that works well the the Cobra, COB-HH50WXST, or Midland, MID-75-822. All of these are available on Sierra site.
