I was doing some work on my 03 gl1800 and spotted this resistor or interrupter on the fuel pump harness. I would like to know what it's for and does it limit my power?

Are you sure it's not an electrical connector that's been spliced in? That doesn't look like OEM work.

Unless snuck in by dealer nothing I ever did and im the only owner. Only been to dealer and one private mechanic.

Noise filter for the CB radio if you have one?

Pooch is correct and if you have a CB, you will probably find 2 similar ones also attached to your radiator fan wiring.
