$10,000 sounds like a good price. And I get first shot.
Seriously though, there is one on the for sale board for $17.5. Probably a reasonable price, but may be high for this time of year. Should not expect to get full value for the add on's. Those are bling that you just enjoy and give away when you sell.

Here's a good price for brand new ones: http://www.gl1800riders.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=67000

I wouldn't give much, if anything, extra for add ons unless they were exactly what I would add in the future and were in top notch condition. I might offer $13k-$15k, but I'd have to take off all that chrome stuff. lol.

IUnknown, I would recommend you do a

pInterface->QueryInteface("2006 GL1800",ppPrice)

on the classified board  !

BTW, how much COM programming do you still do?

Best Regards,

Shane

I avoided COM like the plaque and only used it when I needed to implement interfaces to my own data servers.

I still have been sticking with C++ (Borland) myself  !

Well, consider this another BUMP!

Merry Christmas!

Just to give you another opinion for the database....
I'd say it was worth $17K
but I'll bet you have a hard time getting over $15K
just because of the deals being offered on 06 closeout
and and it being the "off-season".
I would say that if you wait till spring it'll sell better.
That may not be an option.
In which case, advertise that baby EVERYWHERE.
And put good pictures with it everywhere you can.
It's not a question of somebody wanting it.
Just a question of how long it takes to find the right someone.
