How can I make these go on when cruising for additional lights.

You're saying that you have white back-up lights that you want to have lit up while you're riding?
As far as I know, it is illegal to have white lights showing from the rear of a vehicle while the vehicle is in forward motion. That's why they are called back-up lights.
If you want more lights on the back while you're riding, make them red or amber.
