Am getting a new 06 Airbag wing this week and part of the accessories is that I want to mount a nice looking red LED type round gage somewhere in the right side panel...

Anyone know a namr of a manufacturer that makes a good easy reliable unit?

thanks in advance....

You should also be aware that some GPS have the option of displaying the onboard voltage. Because my iWAY 500C does, I don't need a separate voltmeter. :D

You could also go this route:

It is kind of expensive compared to other voltmeters. It does functions very well as an Escort Passport X50 Radar Detector, (comes in red LED also!).

Gives an audible tone if voltage is too high or too low.

I installed mine in a similar location to the first picture (Aussie fellow) at the digital meter website that rwshelburne noted.

I didn't center it vertically, but mounted it high in the mounting area and left the bottom for something else to be determined.

It is also wired to be on 24/7 so I can just walk by the bike and get a reading of the battery voltage.
