I'm sure it won't because someone would already done it or had it done.

Buy a new Ultimate seat. Take it & the stock seat to a good upholstery guy and have the heating element removed from the stock seat and put into the Ultimate.

True but they are modifying the stock pan are they not? Ultimate, Corbin, etc start from scratch.

I had my seat done by Steve Gowing of Fort Collins, Colorado. He kept the stock heating, Except for the butt rest area the stock heating element is easily removed. I just finished 7500 miles in 3 weeks and was comfortable up until the last day.
