Have my bike in to have windshield hieght adjuster repaired again. Read on here theres an up grade or mod from honda. Anybody know part number? Dealer has no clue.

What year is your bike? The part upgrade was done to the 06 and up years. If you go to this thread and scroll down to post #105, Quickdraw has a better fix than the new part.

This is the part number and a picture of the newer part. The red arrow is pointing to the change that was made to the design, the tab is taller than the 01-05 original part:

Its an 06. I read the thread on the mode. Told the dealer if he didn't want to do it. give me the part and I would do it.

I have the new part in my 04, but if I had to do it again I would do Quickdraw's mod. Goodluck with the dealer. :thumbup:
