I saw a wing with a trim piece outlining the windshield; anyone have it and know if it helps to divert water from creeping up, over and down the interior side of the windshield?

Go to Wally and buy some clear tubing in the fish tank section.

Cut to length.
Split it down the middle.

Keep it in the trunk for the next rainy ride.

Slide it over the crown of the wind shield when you stop to put on rain gear.

I bought some regular chrome door trim for my shield and it didn't help that much. The reason being I bought very small diameter stuff thinking it wouldn't look that gawdy. I should have got bigger gwady stuff.

had it on my 1500's windshield for our first trip to Alaska. Loved it. It works to keep the inside of the WS dry. Havent' put it on a wing since then cuz to work it has to be UGLY!

Can you put on and take off that black edging?
I would like to try it on my X-Lg Tulsa but don't want to leave it on all the time.
