This weekend, my vent adjusting lever lon my 2005 Wing lost its ballbearing and I see a small spring sticking out the front of the lever where it shouldn't be. Is there a way to put the ballbearing and spring back together in the vent adjuster? tks

I had the same thing happen . . . Grrrrrr! Peel off the little sticker hiding the philips screw, undo, and you can access the bearing and spring. :thumbup:

My 2005 had the same problem early on. My dealer replaced the whole vent under warranty.

Windshield Vent Lever malfunction

tks everyone for the comments. Now that I know it comes apart, I will disassemble and then reassemble...I actually have the ball bearing still. ng
