Have never been before but plan to go this year. Now, does one have to belong to the GWRRA to attend the Wing Ding?

Yes, it's in Billings, Montana.

You don't have to be a GWRRA member to attend, but it will cost a little more for non-members. I think it's $5-$10 more.
