I dont have the install instructions anymore but here is how mine is hooked up

Pump has 3 wires 1 red 2 black
Remote/relay has 4 wires: red, black, yellow, white

Red wire from pump to yellow on remote

Smaller black from pump to white on remote

Larger black from pump to white wire on trailer harness

Red on remote to black on trailer harness

Black on remote to white on trailer harness

On the bike side the black wire should be connected to battery

The trailer wire harness is easy to access near tail lights, it doesnt matter which side you choose(located under the carpet).

I mounted the compressor between the tail lights ( inside trailer ). The air line

from pump goes through the wire harness tunnel under the carpet by the left

shock tower. Underneath the trailer cut the original airline (between the

wheels) install a T fitting between the cut lines and the new airline from the

pump install. Secure the T fitting to trailer frame with zip ties.

Amazing. and while we are at it what manufacturer makes a pump with two black wires....?? D'oh was it made in SpringField at Homers' part time gig?:wrong:

It wasnt very hard, when I installed mine it come with directions. It is made by

EC, really nice product. You can make adjustments to suspension with the

remote.

my pump has 3 wires, 1 RED, 1 BLK, 1 PURPLE:shrug:
we know the RED & BLK are + &-
the purple has me confused
on the recv'r there are 2 pins in a white module plug, what is this ?
this pump must be an older model, it does not look like the one on EC's web site..
the model # is 16060
what I need is pics of the install, wiring diagram, something.
EC faxed me instructions, however the don't match up w/ the unit.
I'll call EC tech support in the a:m & get some answers from them..

Purple? I dont know. On my module I have a 3 pin and a 2 pin plug in that arent hooked up at all. I dont know what they are for. The instructions didnt say anything about them so i just left them alone.

The remote module might not be built by EC

I installed the pump to some sheet metal then secured it to the metal frame on each side of locking mechanism
