Unhooked battery earlier. Hooked back up. Radio works but bike won't start. Any help?

First thought is you do not have a good connection. Unhook and rehook the battery.

The radio is blaring. But that is the only thing that is working.

Check the basics, kill switch, neutral, kickstand and it's indicator lamp should be off. Corroded/dirty/ loose battery terminals will support current for radio but not starter!

And if it is a DCT, roll it back and forth a bit with the engine off. If you left it in gear (D or walking mode) when you shut it off, it could be stuck out of neutral.

Is it a DCT?

Are the headlights on when trying to start it?

Any changes/noises when pressing the start switch?

Seem to be a lot of new members with only a few posts.......probably operator mistake and to embarrassed to post a followup.

When my 2018 Gold Wing didn’t start, it turned out to be a faulty starter switch. If that turns out to be the problem, I would like to hear from you.

In any event, I hope you will quickly find an easy (and inexpensive) solution.
