Watch out guys...this was clearly a scam; wanted 20% deposit over PayPal and wouldn’t give a name, address, or even a VIN to look at the bike history

Any specific reason for the 2004 model year? That year still falls into the bikes with potential frame issues. A 2005 or 2006 is probably a better Gen 5 option to track down.

If you find one, check it’s build date on the frame VIN tag. If it’s earlier than 5/2004, pass and keep looking. Try to find one that has a high serial number and was built in June, July of 2004 to insure it has the 2005 updated frame.
