I have the older ZUMO 550 and it was working great up until yesterday. I can only get channels 2-10 and 15-17 on my XM. Refreshed the signal several times
but it did not help. Called Sirius and they said it was a hardware problem. However when I go into the manage my XM stations I see all the channels I
am subscribed to. Then I thought maybe I need a software updaye so went to My Garmin and the unit would not go into USB Mas Mode. Stuck at 1%.
Is there a reset button somewhere or should I just return it to Garmin for service. hate to loose my 550 as they are no longer available except used units.
