A question for Fred H. I cannot find the Mobil One 15w50 extended performance gold cap or gold label and I don't remember was the 15w50 rated JASO MA MA2 Any help will be greatly appreciated

Maybe I'm in the minority. I went Honda Full Synthetic, and the dealer said NOT with Moly, and the DCT is amazingly more smooth to my surprise. I didn't have specific expectations although I have read comments regarding a smoother shift, and that is what I got on mt 21 Tour. The oil change was done at 8000 miles. I won't be switching back.
My wallet would argue with that statement. For less money than the GN4 (which is not a full synthetic) you can get Super Tech full synthetic (which is JASO MA). It's a no brainer...
I've been saying this for years and it still holds true today. BRAND DOESN'T MATTER. Buy the least expensive full synthetic you can find. As long as it meets the correct spec (in our case JASO MA), and weight, you will never have an oil related engine problem...people continue throwing away their money on $15+ a qt. boutique brand oils thinking they're getting better protection, when in reality, they're just wasting money...
Wow, that's scary expensive. Last time I bought my GN4 was spring of 2022 and it was 7.70 a quart.
