Just posted about brakes and air cleaner. Forgot to inquire. I am probably going to change my own pads. Have done them before. I have bled on some wings and not on others. Is there a rule of thumb, bleed or not? I usually just push the pistons back and slide in new pads. My last wing, the fronts went fine but i had to bleed the rear to get a pedal.
Thanx
TJ

You shouldn’t have to bleed the brakes if you are just replacing pads, but it’s a good practice to replace the brake fluid on the Goldwing fairly frequently. I ride an average of 10k every year and usually replace the brake and clutch fluid every year.
