Try not to look at the radiator….. Yikes.

Roland Sands from the Harley aftermarket custom days was involved in the design of the new Buell.
From what I read it's a very fast, and a well handling bike. No, it's not for us Goldwing touring guys. But at that price point it may eat into the Harley CVO crowd. Who knows.
One thing, every attempt Eric Buell has tried at manufacturing his own brand of motorcycle has been a flop. Hope this one is successful.

I am told Eric Buell has no involvement in this new line of Buell motorcycles.
Isn't his name on the tank?
Erik is long gone, no interest at all in Buell Motorcycles. They guy can engineer some interesting bikes, but has trouble getting the ink on the bottom of a financial page out of the red.

Does a Ford still own and run Ford Motor co?
A Chevrolet still run Chevrolet?
The name can be sold.

I hate the frame… bottom rails are too high… the exhaust and oil cooler hang way below the frame… just gross. Would look better if packaged more conventionally….but then it would be conventional and nothing special I suppose. There’s only so much you can do with a motorcycle design I guess…..its hard to be original… everything that can be done has been done already. It’s a crowded market....they have a steep uphill challenge to be successful. If I was an investor I would run from that opportunity.

Im sure that radiator would have some sort of screen on it. As far as the rad, i dont have any idea what theyd do with it other than what they did, theres no bodywork to hide it. I wouldnt buy one, but if i was on the market for a cruiser type bike, this would be at the top of my considerations.
