Wireless Apple CarPlay cuts out

CarPlay works fine when phone is plugged in, until vibrations loosen the cord. So I’m trying wireless. Now with a wireless adapter, CarPlay starts and plays my music for several minutes and then CarPlay icon disappears and music shuts off. CarPlay restarts and music resumes and then shuts down again in a couple minutes.
I’m listening on wired headset.
I have not done all the software updates.
Anyone see this and solve it??

Thanks Fred but I am using an wireless CarPlay adapter plugged directly into the USB connector in the cubby I have tried 2 different adapters from the same company both work allowing me to run CarPlay with my phone in my pocket but both have the same issue they reboot at random sometimes as of as 5 minute.
Ever heard of a bad cubby USB cord?

I use a Sena SRL headset designed for the Shoei Neotec II, along with the Carlinkit adapter. I did change the time delay in the setup to 20 seconds before the carlinkit boots up. That gives time for the Sena to connect to the bike. Maybe it's not your adapter and maybe something with the headset. Do you have the headset bluetooth connected to your phone and the bike? Because that will usually cause problems. the headset should be connected to the bike only.

I just re-read your post and you state you are using a wired headset. How is that configured? How is it connected to the bike? Maybe your issue lies in that setup
