I have to disagree with some of you. Moving radar is extremely helpful to me. Where I live, storms typically move in an eastward direction, but as with all weather, sometimes they are moving in completely different directions.

In simple home situations, like walking the dog, I can quickly look at the moving storms on the MyRadar app to see if there might be an opening soon to go outside and not get drenched.

On the motorcycle, you might be in an area where you are unfamiliar with the weather patterns, so looking at that 2-hour loop can really give you insight on which direction you should go in order to avoid the storm...or at least not riding through the roughest parts. MyRadar also shows you where lightning has been detected and roads that are still wet after a storm.
